AI requests are shared by everyone in your organization across chat and report generation. Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC), including during your trial. Unused requests do not roll over. Requests are limited in size; large questions may need to be narrowed.

Once an AI request starts processing, it counts toward your allowance even if interrupted or unsuccessful. Deleting a conversation does not reset usage. AI pauses at your limit, with no automatic overage charges.

Enterprise starts at $249/month with the limits shown above. Additional capacity and onboarding require a separate quote. Support covers product questions during business days; custom engineering, 24/7 coverage and guaranteed response times are not included.
